1. what is thekpopfeminist?

thekpopfeminist is a community for kpop fans and feminists.  we curate an online store that specializes in selling next level kpop fan merchandise,  including clothing,  accessories,  and collectibles.  we focus on empowering fans by offering unique and exclusive items that allow customers to express their love for their favorite kpop idols while embracing feminism.

2. how can I place an order?

placing an order is easier than dancing to your favorite kpop song!  browse through our collection,  select the items you love,  and add them to your cart.  once you're ready,  proceed to checkout,  fill in your shipping information,  and bboom bboom!  you're done.  step back and wait for your merch to arrive. 

3. what payment methods do you accept?

we accept all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  so go ahead and chose your preferred the payment method and drop some money.

4. how long will it take to receive my order?

we strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible.  the estimated delivery time depends on the type of product, your location, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. 

we'll process your purchase within 1-2 business days.  next, production time varies depending on the complexity of the product, usually 2-7 days.  then, orders within the US ship within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days.

5. what is your return policy?

we create each item uniquely when you place your order to reduce waste and environmental impact.  due to this personalized process, we can't accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind regarding size or color.  however, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it for a free replacement or refund. 

• returns: items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and unwashed, with the original invoice.  shipping charges are non-refundable.  you have 14 days from the return request to send the item back.
• replacements: damaged or defective items will be promptly replaced at no extra cost.
• refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method or offer store credit.  please note:  we may refuse return requests if items don't meet conditions outlined.  personalized items can't be returned.  contact us with any other questions or concerns!

6. can I cancel or change my order?

we understand that sometimes plans change or you may have second thoughts.  if you need to cancel or make changes to your order,  please contact us as soon as possible.  we'll do our best to accommodate your request,  but please note that once an order has been shipped,  we may not be able to make any changes.

absolutely!  no matter where you are, you can join thekpopfeminist revolution.  if your country isn't listen at checkout,  please contact customer support and we will arrange shipping to you.
